Grace Street Interiors is working with a Chicago-area real estate developer to revitalize a historic, early 20th century Chicago greystone. This single family home is undergoing a complete renovation and, when finished, will feature 6 bedrooms, 4 full baths, 2 half baths, and high-end amenities like a wet bar, custom built-in millwork, and a spa-like primary bath. Grace Street Interiors is specifying finishes throughout the interior and exterior of the home, which is expected to come to market in Spring 2026.
